Happy Friday, Friends!
Here we go! We’re on our way to a galactic calendar reset! As you embark on the final days of 2023, I want you to take some time to think critically and assess the progress you’ve made in the past 12 months and again evaluate what you want 2024 to do for you.
VISION CASTING
Your assignment this week is to write yourself a letter as if it was the end of 2024. I want you to write down all of the things that you’re going to accomplish, and you’re going to write these things down in the present and past tense.
For example, instead of writing “I’m going to sell 24 homes in 2024,” you’re going to write: “I successfully closed 24 transactions in 2024.” Instead of writing “I am going to run a half marathon,” you’re going to write: “In 2024, I ran my first half marathon.” Instead of writing “I’m going to be fluent in Spanish,” you’ll write: “I AM fluent in Spanish.”:
It sounds simple, and the effect of this exercise is profound. What you’ll be doing is CONDITIONING YOUR BRAIN to accept these future results as concrete facts instead of hypothetical goals, and in turn it will rewire your brain to search for the path to achievement rather than just imagining the finish line like it’s out of your reach.

Like many of you, I am preparing for a holiday break next week and I’m looking forward to spending time with my family and unplugging from work until after the new year. That being said, a traditional newsletter will not arrive in your email next Friday morning from me. Please be purposeful with the time you spend with your loved ones over the holiday break. Be where your feet are. Quit scrolling. If you have little people in your world, remember that they’re watching and learning from you.
