Frawley's World
My dad passed away shortly after my last newsletter published, and I’ve spent the better part of the last few weeks with my family, preparing for his arrangements. Thanks to everyone who has reached out with expressions of kindness, support, and condolences. Thank you also to those of you who were flexible with our coaching schedule, as being in business with folks like you allowed me the time and space I needed to grieve without guilt, and I’m eternally grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you, especially, to those of you who made the journey to Wisconsin to lend your support while we said goodbye to Chuck at his visitation last week. It was a heavy day, I didn’t expect you to come, and when I saw you walk through the door I knew I was safe and loved and supported. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude.Â
Frawley Coaching Updates
We’re nearly ready to go live, my friends! LLC and EIN have been achieved and applications will be submitted next week! I’m so excited to be able to provide another source of education to our local real estate professionals, and I’m so grateful to those of you who pushed me to make this happen. Stay tuned! Lots of courses will be going live in the coming months and I want YOU to be the first to hear about them.Â
Blogs Just For You
I’ve always kept an essentials bin the back of my car packed with work-related items that I will inevitably need while on appointments or showings, and over time I’ve started calling it my “Mary Poppins Bag” because it seriously has everything I might need, but it’s so thoughtfully packed you wouldn’t know how much crap was in there.Â
In my first “VLOG” attempt, I talk about how we might use the ‘Spoon Theory’ to decide which direction we want and need to take in our own task management. Depending on how our unique brain works, it might be best for us to get the biggest, most important thing out of the way first so that everything after that feels easiest. Conversely, it might be more up our alley to start with small successes and work our way up to bigger task items throughout the day.Â
Pricing a home to sell is one part math, one part science, and one part magic. The magic isn’t so much wizardry as it is your ability to interpret market dynamics and apply that information to your strategy. Your fundamental role in this practice is having a comprehensive understanding of market driving principles as well as mastery of the conversations around pricing so that at the end of the day, both you and the Seller are winners.Â

This is me, Linsey.
I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.Â
I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.Â
