Hi Friends.
Things are heavy here.
Once again, we are collectively experiencing a traumatic historical event here in Minnesota. Regardless what line you toe politically, everybody can agree that people we know and love are hurting. Many folks in our sphere are scared, and during times like this we have to remember the most important thing: we Minnesotans lead with our hearts. We check on our neighbors. We give grace to people waiting in line with us. We come from curiosity instead of leading with frustration. We remember our obligations to be decent humans, and at the bare minimum, we always remember our manners.
A gentle reminder: As real estate professionals, we stand by a code of ethical standards that raises the bar from basic business dealings. We have a fiduciary duty of confidentiality and reasonable care to the clients we represent.
We also owe ourselves a little grace. For business owners like us, there can be this quiet pressure to keep producing, to keep posting, to keep moving like everything is normal. And I just want to say—you don’t have to do that right now. Supporting our community doesn’t require a perfect post or the right words. Sometimes it looks like checking in on someone, listening without fixing, supporting local work already happening, or choosing to move a little more gently with each other.
And if all you have capacity for right now is holding space—yours or someone else’s—that matters too.

Be well. Be safe.
I love Minnesota.
I love Minnesota.

HELLO, FRIEND.
Hey there, I’m Linsey, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.
I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, going to the gym, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
