Frawley Coaching

August 15, 2025

Hello Friend!
This was my Birthday week!! 🎂🎉
I’m so grateful for the flood of texts, calls, emails, and social messages I’ve been getting all week from you lovely humans. As with any other birthday, and especially in light of recent life events, I’ve been reflecting more and more about keeping my center; mindful of how fleeting time is and how purposeful I need to remain in my relationships, my business, and the way I spend my time.
I trust you’re also taking some time to really concentrate on the most important parts of your life and business. Spend time with your loved ones. Say the words. Breathe the fresh air. Write the thoughts. Lead with your heart.

Time is so short, my friends. Make it count.
Yours in Success,
Coach Lins

Frawley's World

My dad passed away shortly after my last newsletter published, and I’ve spent the better part of the last few weeks with my family, preparing for his arrangements. Thanks to everyone who has reached out with expressions of kindness, support, and condolences. Thank you also to those of you who were flexible with our coaching schedule, as being in business with folks like you allowed me the time and space I needed to grieve without guilt, and I’m eternally grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you, especially, to those of you who made the journey to Wisconsin to lend your support while we said goodbye to Chuck at his visitation last week. It was a heavy day, I didn’t expect you to come, and when I saw you walk through the door I knew I was safe and loved and supported. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude.

Frawley Coaching Updates

We’re nearly ready to go live, my friends! LLC and EIN have been achieved and applications will be submitted next week! I’m so excited to be able to provide another source of education to our local real estate professionals, and I’m so grateful to those of you who pushed me to make this happen. Stay tuned! Lots of courses will be going live in the coming months and I want YOU to be the first to hear about them.

I’m still plugging along and I expect the editing process to be complete by the beginning of Q4. While life… well, lifed, I’m happy to say I’ve been able to keep my head above water and this giant project has still remained on the front burner. Thank you for being my source of accountability. If I didn’t have this little placeholder in my newsletter, there’s a solid chance I might have let this portion of my goals fall to the wayside.

I’ve always kept an essentials bin the back of my car packed with work-related items that I will inevitably need while on appointments or showings, and over time I’ve started calling it my “Mary Poppins Bag” because it seriously has everything I might need, but it’s so thoughtfully packed you wouldn’t know how much crap was in there.

In my first “VLOG” attempt, I talk about how we might use the ‘Spoon Theory’ to decide which direction we want and need to take in our own task management. Depending on how our unique brain works, it might be best for us to get the biggest, most important thing out of the way first so that everything after that feels easiest. Conversely, it might be more up our alley to start with small successes and work our way up to bigger task items throughout the day.

Pricing a home to sell is one part math, one part science, and one part magic. The magic isn’t so much wizardry as it is your ability to interpret market dynamics and apply that information to your strategy. Your fundamental role in this practice is having a comprehensive understanding of market driving principles as well as mastery of the conversations around pricing so that at the end of the day, both you and the Seller are winners.

I LOVE coaching and I know I’m in the right seat.
I will be signing new coaching clients in September of 2025. If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out.  Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages.

This is me, Linsey.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.

I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
