I find more joy in helping people discover their own successes than anything else. Being on the sidelines, elbow to elbow with the players in the game is exactly where I need to be. I’m now signing private coaching agreements with real estate professionals who are committed to leveling up their businesses.
I privately coach individual agents and team leaders who need additional accountability, challenges, and leadership insight. My specialties are operations development, accountability, skills training, and I’ve been gravitating agents with neurodiversity as well.
That feeling… when you know there’s something on the other side of whatever you’re in the middle of… I had that feeling for so long and now I’m on the other side. My heart is so full and happy I could explode.
