Frawley Coaching

July 15, 2025

Hello Friend,

Vulnerability warning: I’m about to get real with you again.

Have you ever been given a reverse uno card in the middle of your momentum?
Have you ever been on a great forward trajectory only to get derailed by, well… life?

Tell me if this sounds familiar…
I had huge personal and professional goals this quarter. I had a super focused ramp-up and I absolutely crushed the first week of Q3. Recent life events have forced me to make the uncomfortable decision to toss everything unnecessary out of the cargo hold in order to save fuel and keep the plane in the air. (More on this in Frawley’s World below).
I realize that sometimes it takes something huge, maybe even catastrophic, to actually force us to slow down and critically identify our top priorities. If we focus on only the most important things, the big rocks, the rest will either fill in the gaps if we let them, or they fall to the wayside and wait patiently for our attention. We get to choose if these matters actually matter, or if they are taking up valuable time and space that need to be focused elsewhere.

I am currently back at the drawing board. I’m stripping my calendar and my goal list to the studs and keeping only the most important things in place. I’m fortunate enough to have the preparedness badge sewn onto my metaphoric business vest, and many of my big rocks are already prepped and moving forward on their own… But the rest of the ‘stuff’? Well, the rest will still be there waiting for when I have the bandwidth to handle it. With the time away from these tasks and goals, I might even decide to let some of them go altogether.  Either way, I’m at peace knowing that I’m now in complete control, things will keep moving, and those incredibly high standards I set for myself in the beginning will always be there for me when this relatively short season comes to an end.

I’m not one to tell people what to do unsolicited, however today is a little different. I’ve got a little nugget of advice and it is simple: Take some time to think about what your life might look like if you were faced with a choice between your business and something in your personal world that means a lot to you. What would you do? What could you let go of today, and things would still keep running smoothly? What could you leverage? What are you doing right now that if you stopped doing, nobody would notice?
Think of the Four D’s: Do itDelay itDelegate it, or Delete it. You might be surprised how much you can carve out of your schedule if you think critically about your goals and tasks from this perspective. Likewise, you might find how much more momentum you can gain if you get rid of the ‘stuff’ that you don’t really need.

I trust you’re keeping cool and enjoying the summer sunshine. If nobody has told you yet today, please let me be the first – you’re awesome. I believe in you and you, too, deserve clarity and peace.
Yours in Success,

Coach Lins

SAINT NATE
I’ve been blogging and writing like crazy. Some of my writing is helpful content for real estate professionals, but to be honest, most of what I’ve been writing lately has been introverted and reflective in nature. As with any other period in my life where I’ve experienced significant grief or significant growth, I’m inspired to put pen to paper in hopes of finding better understanding and clarity. I hope to share more of this with you in the coming weeks and months.
School is out and kids are in full swing with their chores, activities, and creative endeavors. Nate and I are well and centered running our businesses and giving our kiddos a great summer. Travel plans are light this year as my father is terminally ill and we’ve been staying close for obvious reasons.
In order to make the most of their vacation, we’ve been peppering day-trips and mini-outings throughout our days and weeks, playing kiddo hot-potato as each of our respective businesses needs our attentions. As my father’s health has significantly declined recently, I’ve been spending more and more time in Wisconsin to be close to him and my mother, and Nate has been managing our home and shared business like a champion so I can have the space I need to take care of my folks. If you’re working with Nate, or even if you just know him personally, give that man a high five. He’s everybody’s rock and you wouldn’t know how much he’s carrying right now. He makes it looks so dang easy.
We did take a break last weekend from the kiddos and elder care and had a date at the Summer of Loud festival in Somerset, WI. Nate loves a great metal show and I love being a pit mom, and we both needed a break from the heavy stuff.
Our little family has a local camping trip on the docket this week, however that’ll still be a game-day decision. For now, gear is getting sorted and ready just in case we can manage space and time to sleep under the stars and spoil ourselves with campfire stories, sleeping bag cuddles, and gooey s’mores.

Frawley Coaching Updates

CONTINUING EDUCATION COMING SOON
Many of you connected with me because you attended one or more of the classes I taught for Continuing Education. One Q3 project I still have underway is certifying my own company as an accredited provider. With my own provider credentials, I will have more flexibility in coursework design and administration.  Once my new LLC and FEIN are approved, FC will have twelve course applications (already completed) submitted to the DOC in hopes of having all certified by Q4, 2025. Additionally, I’m researching On-Demand platforms so I can build a more flexible option for agents to obtain CE credit from Frawley Coaching. This is super fun and a really cool side quest that I’m so glad I’m doing. I’m grateful that most of this project is nearly complete and all that is left to do is the application submissions.  ‘On-Demand’ research is tabled for now, but I do plan to have that platform running by EOY.
BOOK PROGRESS
I’m glad I decided to take my foot off of the gas, as I had originally intended to be pitching publishers at this point in the year. There are additional elements I’ve decided to add to the content that I hadn’t originally considered when I finished the first draft, and if I hadn’t taken the time to slow down, I know I would have had regrets by the time the first print came off the press.
My goal is still to have this completed and in a publisher’s hands by the end of the year, and while my momentum has slowed, I’m happy to say that I’m still on track to make it happen.

Blogs Just For You

According to data from Inman, a significant portion of real estate agents utilize coaches, with close to 90% reporting that their coach contributed to their number of listings, and 80% stating coaching increased their buyer client count. Many agents also reported seeing a 10% increase in their bottom line during their first year with a coach, highlighting the potential positive impact of real estate coaching on business growth.

Knowing this, why wouldn’t you hire a coach to help you increase your productivity and therefore your income, your control over your schedule, and your ability to prioritize effectively?

It’s hard to know how to draw a map if we don’t know our own destination, so in terms of casting a vision, this exercise is incredibly powerful. I can’t take credit for this one, and you’re going to thank me for it anyway.

At first, this exercise sounds daunting, however if you are familiar with the tools available to us via ChatGPT, you might already know that creating this vision for ourselves is possible with the assistance of artificial intelligence and a few thoughtfully guided prompts.

Pricing a home to sell is one part math, one part science, and one part magic. The magic isn’t so much wizardry as it is your ability to interpret market dynamics and apply that information to your strategy. Your fundamental role in this practice is having a comprehensive understanding of market driving principles as well as mastery of the conversations around pricing so that at the end of the day, both you and the Seller are winners.

PRIVATE COACHING SPOTS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
I LOVE coaching and I know I’m in the right seat. In the spirit of full transparency, I want to make sure I’m giving the agents I am coaching 110% of my time and energy and in light of current events, I’m closing the gates for new coaching applications.
I will be signing new coaching clients in September of 2025. If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out.  Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages. If the candidate is a KW agent, they must no longer be enrolled in Productivity Coaching. Those programs are gold (I know from experience) and I’m happy to take PC agents on once they’ve completed their initial coaching.

This is me, Linsey.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.

I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
