Frawley Coaching

July 15, 2026

Holy smokes, friends. We picked a really good time to haul off to Wisconsin for a family camping trip. Woof. Can you believe it is already halfway through the summer? What HAPPENED?

Your Pipeline
We’re in the midsummer swing. Corners of our markets are softening and agents who haven’t bulletproofed their lead gen systems are about to feel a wave of seasonality.
Questions to ask yourself right now:
Do I have enough in my pipeline right now to hit my 2026 Goals?
If not, am I managing my time efficiently right now?
What am I doing right now that I could swap with a more productive activity
What is working?
What isn’t?

Blunt truth loading:
Listen, if your pipeline is feeling light, don’t hide from it…
Deal with it.

Your Standards
I also want to challenge you to visit something in your reflections, meditations, or journals this week: Your Standards. This came up in conversation with one of my favorite friends today, and I’d like to be vulnerable for a moment and share my own personal experience.
When I became aware of the words that I was using with other people versus the words I speak to myself…
When I noticed forgiveness that I readily extend to people that I somehow wouldn’t give to myself…
When I sacrificed time, energy, and heart to other people’s dreams all while putting my own on the back burner…
When I finally realized that I’m allowed to hold the space I’m in, chase the dreams I manifested, and give myself the same grace and love I give to others…
I had a moment of reckoning that I didn’t even see coming.
The result was a clarity that I’m still trying to find words for, and a lightness in my heart and my body that I’ve never felt before.

So often we create a space of value, safety, and support for the people on our teams, the clients we serve, and the family we choose. We extend gratitude, empathy, grace, and warmth.
What exactly is your standard for the people in your world?
Is that standard different (even a smidge) for the gratitude, empathy, and warmth you hold for yourself?
Think about it. Then decide what you’re going to do about it.

Hey, stay cool this week. Check in on your neighbors. Check in on yourself.
ILY.
