Hi Friends!
Here we are! Well into the second quarter of 2025 and it is TAX DAY! Did you do your taxes? Did you file an extension? How’s your money today? Please let me know if you need a hug.
We’re fast approaching the deadline for continuing education and I want to help you out. I’ve got a couple of free classes coming up, so please check those out and sign up asap as I’m sure the classes will fill fast.
As always it is an honor and a privilege to be in business with each and every one of you.

BOOK COMPLETE!
OHMYGOSH I DID IT! I wrote a whole dang book!!
What an anticlimactic finish to three months of hustle, though. Per thousands of recommendations, I’ve put the whole dang thing away for a while to let my brain have a break, and I intend to begin the editing process in the next few weeks. This is so fun! I already have another book on the horizon. Stay tuned…
SPRING BREAK
Nate and I jumped on a plane with the kiddos and spent the better portion of their spring break down on the the gulf coast of Florida in Madeira Beach a couple of weeks ago and man was that a much needed break from the hustle and grind, not to mention the Minnesota weather identity crisis. Odie collected some really cool seashells and it turns out Buggy is a natural body surfer. We came home sunkissed and refreshed and it was the best way to jump start our next quarter.
Cup. Full.
Maybe you’ve heard this before: “Don’t put it down, put it AWAY.” This mantra is frequently repeated internally by folks with ADHD to reduce the accumulation of doom piles and personal clutter. It’s not uncommon for us to lose our keys, our phones, or our minds on a regular basis simply because our brains frequently go on side quests or autopilot and we often lose touch with our immediate needs and surroundings.
Might I offer another mantra that might also be helpful to those of you who have ADHD as well? “Don’t do it now, do it THEN.” Not to be confused with “Do it later,” which is a window to procrastination, “Do it THEN” is more purposeful and for you to get it in the schedule.
Let me explain more.
We LOVE our hyperfixations. We just can’t resist those creative urges, and those creative urges can sometimes manifest the absolute best parts of ourselves. They might reveal our short term interests or they might just reveal our deep seeded creative geniuses. The compulsion to chase those things is real and it’s urgent and it’s something we need to talk about, because hyperfixation is kind of like the opposite of executive dysfunction, isn’t it? And executive dysfunction makes us feel like garbage. So why wouldn’t we want to do the opposite of what makes us feel like garbage?
We all stack habits regardless if we’re aware of it or not. There’s usually a set list of things we do ritualistically that we don’t even realize we’re doing. Think about what you do first thing in the morning on a very basic level. I, for instance do this: I roll out of bed, stumble over a dog, step into my clothes, amble to the bathroom, brush my teeth, stumble over a dog, waddle downstairs to let the dogs out, fumble with the coffee maker, let the dogs inside, pour my coffee, stumble over a dog, feed the dogs, stumble over a dog…. you get the gist. There’s a pattern that doesn’t vary much unless something from the outside tosses a variable at me (like a child gets up early or the power is out).
What habits we stack are the key to how productive we are and how successfully we can achieve our goals. So much like our morning rituals, we easily can stack other things into these and other elements of our days to increase our focus and productivity.
Private Coaching Now Available!
Being on the sidelines, elbow to elbow with the players in the game is exactly where I love to be. I find more joy in helping people discover their own successes than anything else. Quite a few agents have inquired about private coaching with me over the years and until now, I’ve not had the bandwidth or systems in place to accommodate those needs and requests, which really bummed me out. I love coaching! Recently, I’ve taken on several private coaching clients. My heart is so full and happy I could explode, and I’ve decided to take this adventure to the next level. I’m now officially signing private coaching agreements with real estate professionals who are committed to leveling up their businesses! This is taking off way faster than I thought it would! I’m currently working with individual agents as well as team leaders who need additional accountability, challenges, and leadership insight.
If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out. Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages. If the candidate is a KW agent, they must no longer be enrolled in Productivity Coaching. Those programs are gold (I know from experience) and I’m happy to take PC agents on once they’ve completed their initial coaching.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.
I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
