Frawley Coaching

March 15, 2025

Hi Friends!

Oh gosh this is just my favorite week of the year! It is warming up, the windows are open, we celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day and we welcome the first day of Spring, which also happens to be my dad’s birthday! While his health is steadily declining and we’re likely celebrating his last this year, we’re still going to celebrate! The grumpy old fart loves his green beer, what can I say?

As the weather is warming up and the days are finally growing longer, do me a favor take some time to soak in that extra sunshine, slow down, breathe, and acknowledge all of the things we so often take for granted. Even though my dad is pretty old, his journey is a constant reminder to me of how short and fragile life really is. So if nobody has told you yet today, let me be the first to say that you’re an incredible human being. I believe in you, and I love you.

As always, it is an honor and a privilege to be in business with each and every one of you.

Yours in Success,

Coach Linsey

PS In addition to recent blog shares, I’ve got a couple bonus nuggets for you below…

EASY SPHERE TOUCH IDEA

If you haven’t already started your spring touches, get out your phone and start rolling through your contacts and remind them to change the batteries in their smoke detectors. It is a good idea to swap those out every time the clocks change, and this is such an easy touch idea to remind your people that you care about them.

QUARTERLY RESET

We’re fast approaching the end of the first quarter of 2025, so if you’re in the habit of quarterly goal setting, don’t forget to block some time in the next couple of weeks to evaluate your progress and set standards for the second quarter.

My intention is to take the last three business days in March to ‘clean out the car’. I’ll leave the structure alone and give it a good polish, remove all the extras and evaluate them, toss out the things I don’t need and add the things I don’t have yet but will soon need. Twelve weeks is a great amount of time to test drive a new lead generation practice or hobby, so if there’s something you’ve been considering adding to your business, do it! Likewise, consider removing the things that are no longer serving you or your business. Quarterly resets are my favorite!

Last month I talked about taking a Productivity Sabbatical, check it out!

BOOK PROGRESS:

I’m in the finishing touches phase of the first draft and holy smokes the first full printed copy is a heaving one. I said I would do it and I did it, and now that it’s behind me I’m ready to say out loud that I’ve been doubting myself since I had the crazy idea to make it happen. Next quarter my focus will be on editing and rewrites in hopes of publishing by Q3.

OTHER FOCUS:

This will probably surprise nobody: I’m already noodling out a concept for a second book. I realize the workload for book one will be lighter in Q2, so with no definite plan or goals, I’m going to tinker with these new ideas with the expectation I’ll have a plan for them by then end of Q2.  This pull on my heart is a heavy one and it feels good to follow it.

Vulnerability alert… I wrote this on Wednesday and I just finished reading it again. Full disclosure, I’m sobbing.
If you know me at all, I love to find real world examples to explain how and why things work the way they do for us in business, and this week something happened that just completely rocked my world.
I crushed a HUGE goal for myself last week, and I learned a lot about myself along the way.
Working harder than ever was an incredibly triumphant yet immensely painful moment for me, however learning how to work smarter was exactly the game changer I’d been missing all along. The only thing I needed to do to make an exceptional difference in my results was a little bit of research and a tiny shift in my movement.

How did I go from quitting the ‘new year, new me’ plan over and over again to having the actual, progressive, simpler and happier ‘me’ plan that I have today? I’m so glad you asked!

I started small and I built it up over time. It wasn’t easy and I fumbled quite a bit along the way, but I did learn a few key functions to habit stickiness that hopefully you’ll find useful too.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, and this message might only land on a couple of you, but here goes…
You’re allowed to make yourself a priority.
We often remind people to put their own oxygen masks on first, but what does that mean, exactly? Metaphorically, it’s in reference to taking care of our own needs first during a plane crash, which is a little bit dramatic, don’t you think?
What about everyday life, though?
Do we need to be reminded about self-care during non-emergencies? Maybe.
Do we need a nudge to prioritize our physical and mental health on a random Thursday? Probably.
The thing is, we get so caught up in the hamster wheel of task accomplishments that we end up topping off everybody else’s cup and neglecting our own. This is unsustainable, and quite frankly, it’s a little dangerous.
Let’s be real, many of us are a little competitive. What are we, as agents, supposed to do when the deal feels like it’s coming apart?
This is quite possibly the largest financial decision your client has ever made in their life, and when you lead them with care and candor, they’ll thank you for it…

Private Coaching Now Available!

Being on the sidelines, elbow to elbow with the players in the game is exactly where I love to be. I find more joy in helping people discover their own successes than anything else.  Quite a few agents have inquired about private coaching with me over the years and until now, I’ve not had the bandwidth or systems in place to accommodate those needs and requests, which really bummed me out. I love coaching! Recently, I’ve taken on several private coaching clients. My heart is so full and happy I could explode, and I’ve decided to take this adventure to the next level. I’m now officially signing private coaching agreements with real estate professionals who are committed to leveling up their businesses!  This is taking off way faster than I thought it would! I’m currently working with individual agents as well as team leaders who need additional accountability, challenges, and leadership insight.

If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out.  Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages. If the candidate is a KW agent, they must no longer be enrolled in Productivity Coaching. Those programs are gold (I know from experience) and I’m happy to take PC agents on once they’ve completed their initial coaching.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.

I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
