Hi Friends!
My goodness, did you catch the sunrise this morning? How about those Northern Lights this week? The sky has been giving us so many gifts lately. I try to be more purposeful about noticing little glimmers and other beautiful things like this out loud in hopes that my kiddos absorb even a crumb of my optimism and gratitude.
This begs the question: Who is watching you and modeling your behavior? Kids? Clients? Colleagues? Either at home, in the field, or by actual title; we’re all leaders in some capacity. Our actions and our words are more impactful than we sometimes realize. So, take some time this week to make sure your messages and modeling are in alignment with your values and your meaning.
Halloween was awesome for us and I hope it was for you and your family, too! Our kiddos looted the neighborhoods like pros and we hosted a neighborhood Samhain party on November 1st.
My reading journey has taken a turn toward body/mind connections. Nate is joking that I’m entering my “alchemy” era. As such, I’m dabbling in a more holistic approach to self-care. My panty now has an entire section devoted to purposeful and delicious teas for gut health, migraine relief (ugh- those have been brutal lately), and ones that’ll ease cold and flu symptoms that will likely come in handy as we roll into the winter months ahead. I started my first batches of Kimchi this week and the over/under is that it’ll either be delicious or make me seriously ill. ChatGPT has been helping me troubleshoot the fermentation process and I’m hopeful my kitchen counter science experiment is going well. If not, I guess I’ve got a tea for that.

Pens and Pajamas: A Business Planning Retreat for Women in Real Estate
Friday, November 21, 2025 | 9am – 4pm
If we aren’t connecting our head with our heart with our feet, our values have a tough time lining up with our vision.
Next week I’m hosting an event that I’ve been dreaming about doing for years, and words can’t express how happy my heart is that this is being received so well.
This isn’t your typical business planning event. This will be soul searching, inner-child connecting, deep-working, big thinking good.

Hello, Universe. Thank you for listening.
Over the summer I did something completely outside of my comfort zone: I hit the pause button on my own goals and growth so I could focus on my family. I now have absolutely no regrets about that decision. I was able to remain laser focused on the people on my coaching roster while still allowing myself the time and space that I needed to care for my family and grieve without guilt.
My commitment to myself and to the folks who have been inquiring was to open the books once the kids were back in school, and friends, you did not disappoint. I love it when things like this line up. I’ve been connecting with and adding new incredible talent to the coaching corner of my world, and this feels so dang good. The potential, the hockey stick in their future, the opportunity for growth they haven’t even scratched at…. oh yeah. This is the juicy stuff that reminds me that I’m absolutely on the right seat of the bus.
Good news? I’m not out of spots! Tough news? I will be, soon. If you’re on the fence, book a call with me. What’s the harm in a conversation about your goals and challenges? No obligation, no bologna. Just a real talk with your girl who happens to like you a lot and is quietly cheering for you from afar anyway.
Hey there, I’m Linsey, and I’m so glad you’re here.
