MEET HEAD COACH LINSEY FRAWLEY
When she started her real estate career, Linsey joined a small brokerage in Western Wisconsin and she was the only new agent in a group of veteran salespeople. She had no guidance or training beyond what she learned in real estate school, and her career was in the doldrums for several years. She aligned with a powerhouse international brokerage in the early 2000’s and from there her business took off.
MISSION
Linsey is on a mission to help every real estate agent she coaches start their business on the right foot with the right resources at their fingertips so they can not only survive, but thrive in the real estate market. Agents shouldn’t have to wait for necessary training to start and grow their businesses. Linsey is determined to support and empower entrepreneurs to build their unique businesses the way that works for them, and have all of the career-building resources they need at their fingertips.
HISTORY
Linsey has been in the real estate field in some capacity since 1996. After the birth of her second child in 2018, however, she realized that what fills her cup the most is helping other real estate agents thrive in their own communities. She began coaching at Keller Williams Realty professionally in 2019, and in 2023 she launched Frawley Coaching with the sole purpose of extending her reach and helping more agents succeed. This website is loaded with instructional tutorials, how-to’s, scripts and checklists designed to help new agents get their businesses of the ground. It’s also a corner post for Linsey’s coaching community to receive words of inspiration and regular timely professional instruction.
