Good Morning! I have a couple of exciting announcements to make, and I’m thrilled to share it with you, dear friends!
First, this weekly newsletter has been both an enormous accountability blessing for me as well as an incredible challenge to maintain. To ensure that I’m delivering the most value to you, the reader, and to the agents that I am serving, today’s newsletter will be the last of the weekly publications. Fear not, dear friends, because I have a bigger plan on the horizon. I intend to publish a monthly coaching newsletter going forward, which I plan to deliver even more concentrated and valuable content. I’ll continue adding to the FC blog on a regular basis, and I’m currently building social channels for Frawley Coaching. I welcome and encourage you to follow those when they’re published, because there I’ll be releasing industry news, upcoming classes, and CE opportunities. Which leads me to my next announcement…
Quite a few agents have inquired about private coaching with me over the years and until now, I’ve not had the bandwidth or systems in place to accommodate those needs and requests, which really bummed me out! I love coaching privately! Since transitioning out of MC leadership, over the past couple of months I’ve taken on several private clients. My heart is so full and happy I could explode. I find more joy in helping people discover their own successes than anything else. Being on the sidelines, elbow to elbow with the players in the game is exactly where I need to be. I’m now signing private coaching agreements with real estate professionals who are committed to leveling up their businesses. I’m currently working with both individual agents and team leaders who need additional accountability, challenges, and leadership insight. This is taking off way faster than I thought it would! Between now and the end of the year I have three contracts still up for grabs, and I wanted to put this out to you before I release the seats to business owners outside of my sphere. I’ll be taking on more clients in January, however now is the best time to dial in those 2025 goals with a coach.
If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out. Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages. If they’re KW agents, they must no longer be enrolled in Productivity Coaching. Those programs are gold (I know from experience) and I’m happy to take PC agents on once they’ve completed their initial coaching.
Life is about the journey and not the destination, and this trip is getting just sweeter and sweeter. From the absolute bottom of my heart, I thank you for coming along for the ride.
Onward,
Coach Lins
