This week several of you asked me what my favorite apps are for mindfulness and productivity. I can’t think of a better time to share these with you than at the beginning of 2024 while we’re all tuning up our habits and goals. Enjoy!
MINDFULNESS
CALM: This is designed to help you manage stress, sleep better, and live a happier, healthier life. I use it in the morning and I use it again in the evening for wind-down music. My favorites are the Daily Jay with Jay Shetty and the 432 Hz for Sleep Playlist.
I AM: Daily affirmations help rewire our brains, build self esteem and change negative thought patterns. Empower yourself by verbally affirming your dreams and ambitions. Choose from many daily intentions and set reminders to be delivered throughout the day. I have these delivered every morning right when my alarm goes off.
PRODUCTIVITY
MONDAY: If you like Trello, you’re going to LOVE Monday. This app is an operations nerd’s dream. It is entirely customizable and outstanding for goal tracking, project building, and more. If I build any program, class, or strategy, you’re going to bet I have a Monday board behind it.
GENIUS SCAN: A scanner in your pocket, this app can convert photos to quality scanned images in seconds, and the free version even features a quick email function too. This is indispensable when you’re signing last-minute non-title docs at a closing table or making a digital copy of the only TISH at the home that your clients want to make an offer on.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
GODDESS: Self-Love healing program for the roots of every problem like stress, anxiety, depression, and even infertility. A proven This is a well-being and Transformation journey for reaching your dream life. I just got into it a few weeks ago and I’m loving the content and prompts.
LIBBY: I’m a book sponge and having a digital tether to our Hennepin County Library enables me to crush my reading goals. Libby is simple, free, and all you need is a library card number to be able to virtually check out any of their thousands of digital and audio books. Sometimes there’s a waitlist. Still worth it when you’re out of Audible credits. 😉
I hope you find these suggestions helpful!
As always, it is an honor and a pleaure to be in business with each and every one of you.
Yours in Success,
Coach Lins
