Frawley Coaching

October 15, 2025

Hello Everybody!

We’re here! It’s fall, y’all! This is my favorite time of year, and not just because some folks are busting out their Ugg boots and spiced lattes. The pumpkin spice candle, the cool air blowing in through the window, the fluffy sweater I pulled out of storage this week… these things do give me the feels. But what happens in the autumn besides cooler bus stops, stripped gardens, wardrobe rotations, and Hygge though?

Bingo!
Strategic business planning.

Aw, c’mon Frawley. You had me in a vibe and you just take a hard turn? Well, what the heck do you think I’m here for, folks?

Listen. When I make space and time to dig in and make plans, I follow a specific recipe for creativity and success: good pens, a fresh notebook, and comfy clothes. A few weeks ago, I was sorting through my final 12-Week-Year of 2025. It occurred to me: we all sometimes need to be comfortable in able to be creative.
  • When we’re relaxed, we have more room to be inspired.
  • When we’re comfortable, we’re more likely to dream bigger and aim higher.
  • When we aren’t encumbered with the burden of hard pants and buttons, we’re more likely to think more clearly and find solutions.
Let me ask you:
  1. What do you do to get comfortable and dig into your big goals and your big why?
  • For me, when I make space and time to dig in and make plans, I follow a specific recipe for creativity and success: kiddos out of the house, good pens and a fresh notebook at hand, my calendar ready to block my time and my goals, and comfy clothes are mandatory.
  1. Is it sporadic or strategic? Specifically, does it happen accidentally or do you have it in your calendar?
  • Truth is, this is already in my calendar. I have “Sunday Reset” time blocks every week, “12WY’ strategy blocks in the 10th weeks, and every year I schedule a solo overnight away from family and businesses to recharge and reset, just so I’m ready to hit the next year sprinting instead of wobbling onto my feet.

If you haven’t put thought into it yet, here’s your sign.
Dig in, dig deep, and hard pants are optional.

I’m debuting a new business planning model and the first session will be focused on women in real estate, although everybody is welcome. We’ll dive into not just business planning, but we’re also going to confront some of the sometimes unnecessary but oftentimes inescapable burdens that we have put upon ourselves as women. Think of it as John Maxwell (author, How Successful People Grow) and Mary Pipher (author, Reviving Ophelia) had a baby then gave it a pep talk, some chamomile tea, and fuzzy fleece pajamas.
This is going to be a small room with big businesses and massive goals. I cannot WAIT to bring everything I’ve got to that table.  (See below for more information).  I’ve got something else in the hopper for everyone coming up shortly, so thank you for your patience, gentlemen. I won’t be leaving you out for long.

Check it out below along with a wrap-up on last month’s Safety discussion and my laments on dopamine mining leading to burnout.

Have an outstanding Halloween season. Be safe, watch your six, and if you’re fitness focused, consider donating your leftover candy to a local organization that will put it to better use.

Yours in Success,
Coach Frawley

Frawley's World

Our family celebrated Oktoberfest in costume a few weeks ago and that was hysterical! My gardens are winding down and I still have tomatoes on the vine despite processing more than seventy jars of salsa, paste, and pizza sauce. Odie wrapped up his soccer season and began wrestling, and Buggy’s in her first year of Orchestra! She chose the string bass, probably because the Wednesday Addams cello wasn’t an option. I’m counting my blessings – she could have chosen a horn or drums. 😉
I’m not proud to admit this, but I did vow to be transparent about my life and goals with you: I took a breather from my fitness journey over the summer while navigating my dad’s declining health. Just because I fell off the wagon doesn’t mean I get to quit. Those healthy habits are now back in full swing and despite the achy quads and tender biceps, I’m feeling great to be back to lifting heavy things, swimming endless laps, and consuming my body weight in protein grams. If you’re also starting, reviving, or in the middle of a fitness plan: hit me up if you want an accountability buddy!

If your organization is looking for continuing education instructors, please reach out. I have an abundance of references and teaching fills my heart. Six new course applications were submitted last week and twelve more are in the hopper before the end of the year. Folks, I’m creating an absolute catalogue of value and I want you to be a part of it!

Ok friends, I’m ready for the next part and I need your help.  I’m ready to hand this project to someone else who can put a bow on it. I feel like one of YOU might have a reference for me.

When my beloved black lab would play fetch, she’d commit to retrieving the ball so hard that she’d happily go until she collapsed if we didn’t put a stop to it. Obsessed is an understatement. I’ve never related to a K9 more than when I’ve caught myself in the middle of a hyper-fixation or a spree of task-dominance.
We’re going to talk about the spiral. The chase. The dopamine mining; and yes, the often-ignored feature that some of us “neuro-spicies” tend to have; the inability to rest when we have momentum.

A note from the day after Halloween last year:
My feral children are completing the walk of shame to the bus, lamenting their choices to consume questionable levels of candy last night. I’m happy to have completed another chilly and safe tour of the neighborhood with our closest friends. I trust you also had a safe and happy Halloween.
I have one great tip for you… If you missed the chance to do some Halloween-themed lead generation this month, it’s not too late to take advantage of the holiday!

Hello, Universe. Thank you for listening.
Over the summer I did something completely outside of my comfort zone: I hit the pause button on my own goals and growth so I could focus on my family.  I now have absolutely no regrets about that decision. I was able to remain laser focused on the people on my coaching roster while still allowing myself the time and space that I needed to care for my family and grieve without guilt.
My commitment to myself and to the folks who have been inquiring was to open the books once the kids were back in school, and friends, you did not disappoint. I love it when things like this line up. I’ve been connecting with and adding new incredible talent to the coaching corner of my world, and this feels so dang good.  The potential, the hockey stick in their future, the opportunity for growth they haven’t even scratched at…. oh yeah. This is the juicy stuff that reminds me that I’m absolutely on the right seat of the bus.
Good news? I’m not out of spots! Tough news? I will be, soon. If you’re on the fence, book a call with me. What’s the harm in a conversation about your goals and challenges? No obligation, no bologna. Just a real talk with your girl who happens to like you a lot and is quietly cheering for you from afar anyway.

This is me, Linsey.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.

I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
