SIX PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE STEP FOUR: MAKE BEING LEARNING-BASED THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR ACTION PLAN

On our path to mastering the six personal perspectives of a millionaire real estate agent, today we’re going to talk about Step Four: Make Being Learning Based the Foundation of Your Action Plan.
Being learning-based means having a mindset focused on continuous learning and growth. It involves being open to new ideas, seeking out knowledge and feedback, and actively pursuing opportunities for personal and professional development. Learning-based individuals embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and improve, rather than fearing failure or stagnation.
A caution to everybody on a quest to become a learning-based individual: don’t mistake busyness with business. So often I see agents skipping their top dollar-producing activities to attend classes and conventions and if you find yourself getting ready to get ready too, you’ll end up spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. We need to use those knives if we’re going to need to sharpen them, so be purposeful with your learning and remember to keep lead generation your top priority.
