THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE CHALLENGE

I can’t count how many times I’ve been to Keller Williams Family Reunion, and as the times pass, my takeaways have morphed from the specifics in the beginning to more general theories about real estate and coaching in general. The fundamental models are often reinforced in different ways and I’m not one to chase new ideas reinventing the wheel because I feel sturdy in my own models. However, this time I learned something that could quite literally change the trajectory of your life and business and I’m going to tell you about it today…

Is your Buyer Presentation completely dialed in? Could you do it in your sleep? Does it cover all of the important things that need to be covered including process, expectations, and value? Is your Listing Presentation cast iron? Is it solid and strong and cast iron?
Most people would answer ‘no’ to these questions, and that’s okay.
Why would we test drive a presentation with real live possible clients?

So here’s your challenge:
Call your closest friends and family this week. Let them know that you’re tuning up your presentation and that you’d love to buy them a coffee if they’ll meet with you to practice and give your honest feedback.
Here’s what this is going to do:

  1. Polish your presentation of course, and give yo uthe confidence you need to meet with those potential clients in the future.
  2. Create a raving fan out of the person you meet with. They’ll give you the feedback that you need, they’ll have a better understanding of your goals, and they’ll begin championing you and your business going forward. You’ll be creating a solid referral source out of these people and I want you to cherish that relationship. These will be your bird dogs.
