Here’s how the Zestimate Text works:
- Select a homeowner from your database.
- Look up their home on Zillow.
- Take a screenshot of the Zestimate for their home.
- Text the screenshot with the following: “I have thoughts on this. What do you think about this price?”
This is enough juice to spark an engaging conversation with folks in your sphere, and it will help you stand out as the real estate expert of choice to your people.
