I hope you’re staying warm and dry this morning. We’re well on our way into soup and sweatpants season and I am HERE for it! This might be the day we light the fireplace for the first time this year and I can’t wait!
Don’t forget to stock your car with the seasonal necessities like warm blankets, ice scrapers, and if you’re so inclined, a trusty stash of beef jerky.

If you’ve been considering reverse Trick Or Treating this year for neighborhood lead generation, don’t wait until the last minute. Make your plan this week if you haven’t already done so. A lot of agents hand out neighborhood updates, branded swag, and/or their own candy when going door-to-door. This is your best opportunity to test-drive that door-knocking idea because people are HOME and they’re expecting you!
