Hello Friends!
The Business Planning Clinic was an outstanding success this week, and I’m glad I saw so many of you there! Tell me, are you ready for 2024? Is your financial plan already mapped out? Do you have a recipe for success? Let’s break down a few things to do to ensure that your next year is amazing.
If you don’t already have an incredible value proposition, stop what you’re doing right now and create one. Seriously. Put your phone down and pick up a pen. You can’t throw a rock into a crowd of people without hitting at least four agents, so why should the prospect in front of you CHOOSE YOU to help them with their journey?
Once you have crafted your value proposition, practice saying it out loud. Practice again. Internalize it. Call your accountability partner. Call your folks. Call your coach. KNOW this message and more importantly, BELIEVE IT.

WHAT IS YOUR APPOINTMENT GOAL?
Do you know how much money you’re going to make in 2024? If so, how many homes do you need to sell in order to get there? If you know how many units you’ll move, you should know how many people need to hire you to get that done, and if you know how many people need to hire you, you should know how many APPOINTMENTS you’ll need to go on. This is goal setting 101, folks, and it is imperative you have a clear understanding of how to get from point A to point B.

WHAT ARE YOUR THREE LEGS OF BUSIENSS?
Every successful real estate agent generates leads from about three or four primary sources. Any less than that and their stool will tip over, and any more than that, agents tend to spread themselves too thin. So what forms of lead generation are you going to double down your efforts in? What will you master in 2024? If you haven’t identified these, you’ll just keep fumbling. Sort this out asap and if you need inspiration, register for BOLD!
WHAT ARE YOU DOING RIGHT NOW?
Don’t fall into the trap of getting ready to get ready. Making a list and writing down your goals is only the first step toward an outstanding 2024. The next step? TAKE ACTION. Remember, the results of our activities typically show up about three months later, so if you’re actively generating your leads and acquiring your contacts NOW, you are positioning yourself to start next year strong. We’re living in the future, my fearless friends. Act like it now and take your unfair share later. Make sure you’re super purposeful about your business, and do the following if you haven’t already:
Join an Accountability Group
Be Learning Based
Dial in Your Finances
Pay Your MAAR Dues
