Hello and welcome back to my little narrative. I trust those of you in the Midwest are keeping warm and safe as we’re experiencing another wave of snow right now. My kids are in the middle of a four-day weekend so we’ll be trying to make the most of the time off with snowmen, hot cocoa, cozy fireplace snuggles, and anything else that will keep our little home from imploding.
As always, it is an honor and a privilege to be in business with each and every one of you.
Yours in Success,
Coach Lins

BOOK PROGRESS:
I can’t tell you how much it means to me to hear your feedback and support. Writing has always been important to me, but publishing an actual book was never on the bucket list until I realized that it was actually possible! I’m making a lot of progress and it is still super scary to speak about it out loud, but I’m going to continue to keep you updated on my progress. If you would have asked me last week when I was at a bit of a wall,, I would have hesitant to tell you that I’d be done by the end of Q1 as planned. The past few days have uncovered a significant past to the finish line and I’m now making progress in leaps and bounds. Please send sanity and good juju to keep the writer’s block at bay.
OTHER FOCUSES:
I’m following my heart right now and holy smokes it feels so so so juicy and good!
As you know I’ve been doing a ton of writing lately, and some of the thoughts I’m putting in the book are squeezing their way into my blog posts. I’m writing and teaching classes, I’m coaching top producing agents privately, I’m supporting my Transaction Management company (shout out to Frawley TM,) and I’m actually doing a LOT of mental, spiritual, and physical work on myself as well.
I realize it probably sounds like I have a ton of things happening, and maybe I do, but in my heart I know I’m only scratching the surface of something incredible. Let me explain… in addition to closing the chapter of my new agent training and leadership life, I’m growing another community of outstanding business owners and leaders in all corners of our real estate industry. My ultimate goal is to form a collaborative space for learning that can uplift and empower all agents, regardless of their brokerage affiliation.
ASK:
In the coming months, I’m hoping to interview top performers in our industry and share what they’ve learned with you. I’m looking for servant leaders, people who are attractional, coachable, and come from contribution. If you know an agent or vendor who might be a good fit for an interview, please let me know.
If you’ve made it this far, I thank you and I love you.

Last month I had the honor of teaching a continuing education class for real estate professionals about the processes from contract to closing for both Buyers and sellers, and in that discussion, the topic of setting healthy expectations for referring potential business came up. While it has been a practice of mine for years, I realize now that not everybody does these things during their appointments with clients.
Let’s discuss how we can use our clients’ Frequency Illusion to benefit our own businesses.

I’m going to say something that might make some of you feel uncomfortable.
If you’re working with a Buyer who can’t seem to make up their mind and you’ve taken them out on more than a few tours, that’s on you. The reason is you. Yup, I said it. It’s your fault. There are several reasons why someone hasn’t written an offer on a home yet, and for all of those reasons, you are responsible.

While we are independent business owners, it is so important to keep our mindset sound and our mental energy safe. It isn’t uncommon for real estate professionals to feel alone or lost on an island, especially when much of our work as solo agents is independent from other people.

Do you ever feel like there’s not enough time in the day to get all of the things done?
Do you feel like you have a good grip on handling the urgent and important matters but struggle with the non-urgent ones?
Here’s what ends up getting stuck on the back burner: operational loose ends, tech clutter, email, and more. If you’re anything like me, you have a list either in your head or a physical one of things that you’ll get around to doing someday. Fear not, my friend, because you’re already ready to get this stuff handled and handled often enough so that the metaphoric ‘doom pile’ doesn’t get too large.

Private Coaching Now Available!
Being on the sidelines, elbow to elbow with the players in the game is exactly where I love to be. I find more joy in helping people discover their own successes than anything else. Quite a few agents have inquired about private coaching with me over the years and until now, I’ve not had the bandwidth or systems in place to accommodate those needs and requests, which really bummed me out. I love coaching! Recently, I’ve taken on several private coaching clients. My heart is so full and happy I could explode, and I’ve decided to take this adventure to the next level. I’m now officially signing private coaching agreements with real estate professionals who are committed to leveling up their businesses! This is taking off way faster than I thought it would! I’m currently working with individual agents as well as team leaders who need additional accountability, challenges, and leadership insight.
If you or anyone you know might find value in a private consultation to talk about a coaching relationship, it would mean a lot to me if you reached out. Candidates must be coachable, driven, and culture keepers in their individual brokerages. If the candidate is a KW agent, they must no longer be enrolled in Productivity Coaching. Those programs are gold (I know from experience) and I’m happy to take PC agents on once they’ve completed their initial coaching.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.
I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
