Frawley Coaching

September 15, 2025

According to the 2024 National Association of REALTORS® Safety Report, 22% of residential members experienced a situation that made them fear for their personal safety or the safety of their personal information in 2024.
I was one of those agents, and it was terrifying.
Beverly Carter, and agent in Arkansas, agreed to meet a man and woman at a rural listing in 2014. The man kidnapped her, killed her, and her body was later discovered in a shallow grave. Soon after Carter’s death, professional associations began to develop and enforce new safety rules and regulations.

Hi Friends.
Did you know that September is REALTOR® Safety Month? I nearly missed it myself. Knowing that the majority of us meet strangers in empty houses for a living, it completely baffles me that there isn’t a more purposeful and active conversation about safety in our professional circles. I’d like to change that.
I’m dedicating a portion of this month’s newsletter to you. You are precious, you are valuable, and no commission is worth your life. I can’t teach you self-defense moves from a keyboard, but I can share tips for making safe decisions that will help keep you out of harm’s way.
Friends, we’re golden retrievers by nature. Most of us are optimists and want to see the good in everybody. This sunshiny perspective is a blessing and it can possibly put us in danger if we aren’t careful. Please consider diving into what I’ve got to share with you today.
Also, stay tuned for more ways to learn about keeping yourself safe. I just finished writing a two-hour course on Safety for Real Estate Professionals and it will be certified for CE Credit by the end of the year. Before that, I’ll be testing the material live, and I’ll be extending a limited number of invitations to agents.*
You’re important, your life matters, and I love you.
Please watch your six.
Yours in Success,
Coach Lins

Frawley's World

Our kiddos are well into the swing of things with school and soccer, and it feels great to get back into a more structured routine! Nate has been traveling and I’ve been holding down the fort at home and in our businesses. Later this week we’re going to a concert for a band that motivated me the most when I was swimming 10 miles for Cancer in June: Wardruna! Date nights are super fun anyway, but this one I think will be extra special. If you need motivational sounds in your ear-balls, check them out.
Earlier this spring I turned my front yard into what I affectionately named an “Anticipatory Grief Project” while we were preparing for dad’s end of life. Dirty fingernails and a sore back were exactly what I needed to unpack a lot of the sadness and grief, and I’m glad I found a healthy way to process. I put in a substantial vegetable plot for the first time in years. This past month I was up to my teeth canning salsas, tomatoes, and pickles. We’re meal-prepping like crazy as I’m determined to hit my body weight in protein grams every day. Gains, gains, gains, my friends; this girl is stacking the racks and seriously bulking this fall.
I had a great opportunity to teach CE last week to an outstand room full of leaders in Edina, and it reminded me how much I love leading a conversation where we’re all learning together.

Frawley Coaching Updates

Frawley Coaching currently has nine courses approved and six more in the hopper. If your organization is looking for continuing education instructors, please reach out. I have an abundance of references and teaching fills my heart.

Ok friends, I’m ready for the next part and I need your help.  I’m ready to hand this project to someone else who can put a bow on it. I feel like one of YOU might have a reference for me.
I’m currently looking for personal references for structured business book editors.  The options I’m running into online are starting to make my eyes cross and it is overwhelming. Who do you now that I should know? Call me.

Hello, Universe. Thank you for listening.
Over the summer I did something completely outside of my comfort zone: I hit the pause button on my own goals and growth so I could focus on my family.  I now have absolutely no regrets about that decision. I was able to remain laser focused on the people on my coaching roster while still allowing myself the time and space that I needed to care for my family and grieve without guilt.
My commitment to myself and to the folks who have been inquiring was to open the books once the kids were back in school, and friends, you did not disappoint. I love it when things like this line up. I’ve been connecting with and adding new incredible talent to the coaching corner of my world, and this feels so dang good.  The potential, the hockey stick in their future, the opportunity for growth they haven’t even scratched at…. oh yeah. This is the juicy stuff that reminds me that I’m absolutely on the right seat of the bus.
Good news? I’m not out of spots! Tough news? I will be, soon. If you’re on the fence, book a call with me. What’s the harm in a conversation about your goals and challenges? No obligation, no bologna. Just a real talk with your girl who happens to like you a lot and is quietly cheering for you from afar anyway.

This is me, Linsey.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Linsey Frawley and I am a real estate coach and trainer. I’ve been in this industry in some capacity since 1996, where I worked the front desk of a small real estate office in Duluth and I managed the office Polaroid camera. I’m licensed as a Broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin and I own a Transaction Coordination company with my partner. My primary focus is coaching real estate professionals in their life and business, and I love helping people discover their inner strengths and opportunities.

I live in Eden Prairie with my awesome husband, two amazing little kiddos, and two derpy mutts. In my free time I love throwing pottery, reading, gardening, attending live music or comedy shows, or renovating some corner of our home.
